MIEngineers provided civil and structural design and documentation services for the proposed development of a heavy vehicle workshop as an addition to the existing truck repair facility. Services included:
- Civil: Earthworks, stormwater drainage, car parking areas, driveway pavements and kerbs
- Structural: Workshop/office and wash bay buildings including footing system, ground slab and pits, steel portal frames, columns, beams, bracing for wall and roof support
