Mix used development, large first floor terrace with large planters over the open ground floor carpark.

The transfer slab and maximising the parking allowance was critical to the design achieving a DA.

MIEngineers assisted in the DA process with preliminary plans which were submitted at DA showing stormwater design and concrete profiles to allow for the Architectural design to be progressed with the engineering in mind.
